Understanding Chinese Labor Day and Compensation Day: A Guide to Workers' Rights and Benefits in China

As one of the most important holidays in China, Labor Day (also known as International Workers' Day) is celebrated on May 1st each year. It not only honors the contributions of workers to society but also marks the start of the vacation season in China. On this day, many Chinese workers also receive their annual compensation, making it a significant day for both workers and employers.

Mandarin Mates wishes you a happy May Day holiday!
